Application

I applied in-person. The process took 6+ months. I interviewed at Brigham and Women's Hospital (Boston, MA) in February 2013.

Interview

Very formal and organized interview process. I gave a presentation first and then got a chance to talk with everyone in the lab for about 20 mins. Finally, someone in the lab showed me the lab general situations. I think the main part of the interview is talking with the PI and demonstrate your research.
