Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Brightview Senior Living (East Norriton, PA) in October 2016.

Interview

The process was slow. I applied on line and was directed to complete a personality index assessment. That was followed by a phone interview with a recruiter. I was later referred to meet with the Executive Director of one of the facilities for an in-person interview. This meeting was arranged about 1 month after I had been contacted by the recruiter she was going to schedule an interview with the ED. When I arrived for the in-person interview I was given another online assessment. This was followed by an interview with the Ed who only asked a few questions.
