Applied for the Job through Naukri. Got a response the very next day. Interview was scheduled with the Head of Operations. They asked for a presentation for setting up the BGV services in India and my thought process. Shared the same with the Head of Ops and also had a discussion on the same. The Head of Ops asks for another presentation on the same but with more detailed information. Provided the same and had a discussion round on the same as well. During the second round of discussion Head of Ops asked for my Current CTC & i provided the information. They put me on to the next round with the CHRO, same bit of discussion no difference (probably the CHRO of Brinks India does not have an Idea of what information he needs from the candidate for a senior position). After about a week the Head of Ops calls for salary discussion. And this is the best part... Brinks wants me to join them with a drop of 20% from my existing CTC, also he tries to convince me to the core. I am not applying for an associate or an 1st level Managerial position. This was not at all acceptable. Well if you did not have a good budget, this should have been discussed with me earlier on what is their budget. Brinks just wasted my time and costed me another Offer from a different company. Will never recommend this Company to anyone for Middle management or senior level positions.
