    The online assessment includes literacy and mathmatic assessment as well as situational assessment. The literacy and math part are timed so make sure you are vibrant and have a coffee and calculator to hand.

    You will have time to think of situational responses. just remember to use STAR format but keep answers under 200 words.

    there is a personality test included and this test is what they will eventually base the face to face value questions on. So because of that no one can tell you what questions are going to be asked of you.

    passing the online assessment means you will be asked to perfom a telephone interview which will include normal screening questions. Think;

    do you know why you want to be with BG?
    did u reasearch the company?
    do you know why you would make a good contribution to the company?
    can you provide examples of situations that prove you are a competent worker?
    Do you have a good telephone manner?

    If yes to all of these then you should be categorised as competent and worth taking the time to interview and test in person.

    At the assessment centre, assume you are being assessed the entire time, whether waiting to be seen or just finished a mock phone call.

    as i said before no one can tell you what questions they are going to ask you as it is based off of your personality. they want you to prove you are who you say you are and that you are compatible with their company values. Research their website.

    You will need to show them that you can keep composure in a pressured situation.

    Same for the mock phone calls. be careful and listen to what the consumer is saying. you have all the information you need in front of you so just make sure this information is organised.

    you will be given some time to take in the information, use that time to structure your call and think of what they may possibly have an issue with

    just be on top of your game get some good nutrition the day before/ on the morning and show them that you are an exceptional human being.
