Difficult Interview

Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brookdale Senior Living in July 2014.

Interview

It's a long process about two to three interviews with two managers and the regional director of dining services. The intrestng part seems to be your only able to get the interviews if you know someone who already manages there

Interview Questions

  • I was asked how I manage with a budget   1 Answer

Negotiation

They asked what I was looking for and low balled me. It doesn't seem to matter about relevant experience they care about dollars. Be willing to flex through out a larger number then your absolute low so you don't hit totally rock bottom
