I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Brown University in May 2009.

Interview

I interviewed with the director of alumni affairs and my future colleagues in that group. I was referred by a contact from my alma mater. After 4 one-on-one interviews, I had to write a letter to the class of 1969 on their 40th anniversary to encourage them to raise funds for Brown. During the interviews they wanted to know about my experience with fund raising. Didn't get any feedback as to why they didn't make an offer...
