    Interview

    Interview

There were two interviews on separate days with different managers. They were short but they basically just went through their policies and terms for when you'd get hired. Different employees had different managers for interviews. Some people had the general manager, but I did not

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Buffalo Wild Wings (Milwaukee, WI) in February 2016.

    Interview

Went into the interviewing B-Dubs and talked to one of the employees, they told me to have a seat at one of the tables. One of the two managers that interviewed me came after about 6 minutes of waiting and asked standard questions. Here's the part that threw me off; he constantly made bland jokes and expected me to laugh at them (which I did not) and I think he took that as not being "friendly". The other manager was perfectly fine.

After applying in-store, I received a call for an interview. The interview was pretty straight forward asking general questions about my work experience as well as my future goals working at BDUbs. I was also asked about my experience with food, which I had none, and whether not I was willing to work more than expected.

    Interview

The interview was casual, in the restaurant. Was offered a job on the spot. Apparently they are always short staffed. Working there was always fun. But as a greeter, you're always guaranteed to make the servers angry.Overall the interview process was very easy. You of course have to have a food servers permit.
