Through Campus Recruitment. No written test. Direct Interview. Interview was scheduled in-campus only. Interviewers were very friendly. Only a single interview in front of a two person panel. Asked mostly on what was on the resume. Unexpectedly also asked about my internships and the places I have visited. Overall good experience.

    Round1:- Short listing of candidates based on CGPA. (No Written Test)

    Round2:- Only one round of interview (Technical+HR)

    First 10 minutes:-- Introduction and Document Verification.

    Tip:-

    1. Don't waste your time worrying about category and all. Once you are shortlisted the selection
        process is purely based on the performance in the interview.

    2. Devote more time on Computer Networks

    3. Never directly say that “i don’t know”, try to give some thoughts
          On how to solve the problem

    4. If you don’t know the answer to any question, ask for some hint.

The questions were based on my summer internship, and other computer science subjects such as Networking, Operating System, Computer Hardware, DBMS, Basic C, DS, DAA etc. The interviewer covers almost 3-4 subjects out of these.

    Students were shortlisted on the basis of cutoff set by the company- 70% and above(General Category ) and 60% and above(Reserved Category). C-dot also offers jobs to college Department rank holders of Government funded colleges, which has another different process involved.
    A total of 24 candidates were shortlisted. Out of which 2 were given offers- 1 to a general candidate and 1 to a reserved candidate.

    • The interview started with me telling my percentage in previous semester. Then I was asked to give output of a program. Then extensive questions on operating systems, Database Management and Data Structure were asked.
      Length of interview varied for each candidate. The selected candidates had the highest percentage in their recent semesters.   Answer Question
