The interview was really relaxed and after I spoke with the hiring manager, we went to the VP and he asked the same questions. After we finished talking, the hiring manager gave me a tour of the complex. As soon as I made it home, I had a phone job from him offering the position.
- He just asked if I had any Electrical or Mechanical experience, why they should hire me, and if I would have any problem being offshore on a vessel.

Very easy hiring process. My supervisor just told me what was expected of me and told me exacatly what he would pay me. It was an easy process.

The interview process was fairly quick and relaxed. People at the company created a very simple environment that is not intimidating and they are friendly. I was asked a few questions and I gave my feedback which they agreed and were comfortable with me. They made me an offer but I did not have much room to negotiate. I accepted anyway.

Interview was very laid back. Received a phone call from a project manager to come in and when I got there we went over my resume. Took a tour of the facility and he told me that he would have to get back with me. Sent an email saying thanks for the interview and the next day was called to say I would be getting an offer of employment. I accepted and came in for a week long training.
