There is actually no interview process. It's more on a presentation that more likely selling you stuff (like they do in a pyramid scheme). They made it sound like it is really a great company to work for. After the presentation "interview" they would ask you to comeback for an "observation day" which is basically doing half a day’s work with no pay. If you are deemed successful after this you will be brought back for a “training day” which is another FULL day’s work (over 8 hours) which you also do not get paid for. After this you begin your trial day for 5 days which you need to be at the office by 12noon then go on the field by 2pm and stay up to 8.30pm and will only get paid €50 for the days work. You will need to make 5 sells to be able to get a full time contract with them which you will get paid €60 a day (12nn to 8.30/9pm). They do not give a proper training to the staff before getting started even with the trial days. They train you as you go (They will discuss stuff about selling for an hour before going to the field). Travel expenses are not covered, and with this job more than half of your day will be wasted. You could also be walking in the cold and rain late in the evening. As the job requires a lot of walking in different states and knocking doors, you could be holding your bladder for hours as most of the time there are no places to find loos. I do not recommend this company!

I applied online and interviewed at C3 in February 2018. The recruitment was an overall enjoyable process. The initial phase included a 1:1 interview. Once successful, you'll proceed to an observation day. If you pass this phase, you'd then go through a trial week and eventually be on contract if you're successful.
