    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CEB (Arlington, VA) in April 2012.

    Interview

Standard phone interview with someone in HR who was probably 2 years out of school and was looking for certain buzzwords. Standard questions. She was unable to answer ANY of my questions about the position. Literally not a single one. Yet she was the gatekeeper to the next round in the process. Maddening.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CEB in March 2017.

    Interview

It was a walk in interview that took place on 4th March , 2017.Initially, they were conducting personal interviews for the candidates but when they saw that around 100-150 candidates had come for the interview they decided to conduct a GD. This happened at 5:30 P.M. i.e. when the entire day was over. They divided 22 people in 2 teams of 11people and gave the topic Demonization and then said discuss it. This was not a GD but rather a debate. When we confronted the panelist and the HR they were rude and started abusing us.
