Interview is okay. I think they're looking for specific skills during the interview and very detailed description of the projects including the problem and the lean tools/methodology that was applied.

Question 1
Give an example of the project and how did you go about solving it
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CEVA Logistics in Aug 2023
Interview
Initial step is phone screening via HR. Just discussed overview of CV and relevant skills. Next is the interview with hiring manager if successful in prior step. Site visit is also included if your interview is face to face. Not familiar with the rest of the process after the 1st interview as I have not proceeded afterwards. I would describe my interview with CEVA as one of the worst I have experienced. It was very obvious that HR and the hiring manager have not been coordinating properly. The hiring manager looked at my CV during my interview and said "oh you don't have this degree, we were looking for someone with it" when I was very clear with HR from the beginning that I did not have some qualifications but only transferrable skills. The hiring manager's boss tried to offer me casual employment instead of a full time perm role in case I wanted to leave the company a few months in (this was brought up because I was changing industry). I was hoping they offered probation instead of this.
