Interview
I went to the interview location and was greeted by 2 younger interviewers who had already been in the co-op position. They were now full time members of the team. The process took a whole hour. They were very friendly and the setting was in a nice conference room. I never heard back from anyone after the process was done.

Question 1
They gave me a small statistics verbal quiz: how would you test to see if a mortgage process time was reduced.
There were very general questions such as: do you experience with statistics programs? do you have experience with Excel? What do you want to do in the long run? Tell us something about yourself thats not on your resume?
