Interview

1 screening phone interview with HR followed by 2 in person interviews ( hiring manager and director ) and a final security check. The process was very simple and the interview questions fairly straightforward.

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CIBC (Toronto, ON (Canada)) in February 2011.

    Interview

    Telephone interview with the HR first, then called in for a 1:1.

    The interviewer was quite cool. She took 10 minutes to explain the department, projects and how things are working. The beginning kind-of led to what she was looking for in the new employee/position. A Technical project manager who understands specific skills and project management. The interview continued in the sample direction. Total 1:1 interview time of 50 minutes of introductions, technical understandings and Project management questions.

    Second level panel interview with mgmt soft skills (how to handle priorities, multi-tasking, tricky situations, how to communicate bad news etc.,)
