I applied through an employee referral. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at CROSSMARK (Beaumont, TX) in Mar 2017

Interview

They were pushy and called way too much after I declined the position. They did not ask a lot about my past experience. They asked more questions about my willingness to travel and complete designated tasks. They also asked me what they could do to get me to accept the position.

Application

I applied online. I interviewed at CROSSMARK (Saratoga Springs, NY) in Dec 2016

Interview

Telephone interview only--consisting of basic skills review. There was no additional in person interview. I had a second interview with a junior manager--which consisted of her outlining the on-boarding process. This is not a professional position, and is suitable only if you live in an isolated area, need an additional position to list on a resume, and are willing to put up with inadequate management.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CROSSMARK (Vidalia, GA) in Oct 2016

Interview

There was a short recruitment phone call from Plano, Tx and that was it. A welcome e-mail from my supervisor and one from the recruitment team. Everything was conducted by e-mails and phone calls. It was kind of impersonal but the recruitment team was very nice and helpful. The downside is that there was no supervise there to train me on the first day. I was actually trained by another associate. I didn't think that was cool bit I love the job.

Interview

Crossmark uses online recruiting, interviewing and training. Both Chrome and IE must be used for different applications. It is a slow and arduous process, both hang in there and you will very likely eventually be hired.Note that this has become increasingly so since I was hired.
