CROSSMARK Lead Event Specialist Interview Questions

Phone interview. Super relaxed asking more about personality and sales ability’s rather that experience. Great place to work if you’re looking for a part time job with variable hours. Not many extra hours to go around.

They emailed me with the date and time of my phone interview. I had two phone interviews first one is from Crossmark then second one was supervisor a week after first one, He said I got the job.

All online. Crossmark has an online application. A background check and drug screen are required. Results took about 3 days. The interview was a phone call asking mainly about the ability to demonstrate products, handle objections, and get along with the public in general. This was fairly brief and easy to do.

I started out as an event specialist. After working for about 15 months I had an interview to be a Lead Event Specialist. I was interviewed by the Retail Supervisor and by the District Supervisor. Both interviews were very professional. The Lead Event Specialist duties were explained to me by both supervisors. They asked me questions about how I would get along with the event specialist and they asked me what skills that I possessed that would be an asset to me as a Lead Event Specialist. Both interviews were intense but did not last a long time.

I applied online through "snag a job". I got a call with a on the phone interview. They gave me the info to get my drug test and driving record as well as background check done. I was hired and was train in the store.

It was done entirely over the phone. I was hired on before I ever actually met a person. The company has the employee submit all pertinent information either through fax, email, and some of it needed to be notarized first.

I applied online through Snagajob.com. About a week later I received a call. The interviewer asked if I had sales experience, would I be willing to work Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday each week, and 2 or 3 other questions equally as simple. Crossmark then emailed me all the background release, W4's, and I9 form to be taken in and signed by the supervisor which then had to be faxed back to Crossmark. I was then given the time and place to go for a urine analysis. I never really had an interview other than the brief questions on the phone. Last, I was sent an offer which I accepted.
