I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at CROSSMARK in Jan 2016

Interview

I applied through glassdoor on a whim because I previously worked for Rite Aid and was familiar with the company. I got a call the same day from a very lovely woman from Plano, TX (came up that way on my phone too by the way). It was a simple phone interview, and ended with being told I'd hear from a supervisor in a day or two. The same day I heard from the supervisor I was offered a position. They do everything online and if you're computer savvy it's very easy and convenient. All interviews were over the past and I filled out my own background check form and on boarding (including i9 with a remote agent present).

You have experience, great, you're hired. Not really interested in your background, they will train. Interviewed over the phone, spoke with the DM who hired me, online application process then they send you out alone

Interview Questions
  • Not really any questions, they just asked the basics of what kind of experience do you have. Even if you don't have experience they will hire you and train you.

Interview

Everything is done over the phone. I had 2 phone Interviews. They called and asked If I was still interested. They then asked questions regarding my experience in merchandising. After that I was asked questions regarding my vehicle and insurance qualifications. We discussed starting pay and Job duties. I was called back the next day with an adjusted starting pay and officially offered the Job. It was quick and painless.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CROSSMARK (Johnstown, PA) in Nov 2011

Interview

Very simple. A clueless recruiter calls you and askes you a couple simple questions. I played with them when they asked me if I knew what a Planogram was ans how to read one. I told them "no" but they then told me, "That's OK, they are simple to read and I'm sure you'll do fine." After that, they told me a very little about the job and told me at what rate of pay they could hire me at and asked if I accepted or not.

Interview Questions
  • No difficult or unexpected questions. Not really an interview.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CROSSMARK (State College, PA) in Nov 2011

Interview

Short phone interview followed by a friendly personal interview. The interview took place within 2 days of the phone interview. The interviewer was knowledgeable and willing to listen. It was less of an interview and more of a mutual discussion.
