Very simple interview. Showed up with a button down shirt and jeans, didn’t get asked much. Saw someone else be very unprofessional and still had a chance at the job, not sure if he got it though.
- Sell me your favorite product.

I applied online. I had a Phone interview scheduled quickly, very quick questions. They are very selective. I think just answering the questions like a functional adult would get you the job.
- Do you like talking to people? What are some challenges you've faced? Are you interested in sales? Very general questions to show that you know what the job is like Be sure to know what that you may be demoing food and retail products as well.

The interview was short and sweet. I have years of both sales and Demo experience so it wasn't a difficult task. Asked generic interview questions. Told you would have training online, and drug and background check and a test, asked if you would object to either of these things.
- Why do you think you would like product demonstrating

I applied online. I interviewed at CROSSMARK (Findlay, OH) in Mar 2012
Phone interview lasted a few minutes. Just basic questions about application and resume. Then onto drug test. Passed, of course. Required to do some online training before going into store. Relatively easy. The online traing teaches you about basic food safety and how to navigate their online system since all reports are online. You will be required to print out documents to complete and then fax to HR to complete hiring process.
