It was a typical closed door interview where I spoke about customer service experiences. I spoke with the assistant manager at the time about my past work experience and how that would factor in with my position at the company in order for them to see if I was a good fit.

What is one time you handled a stressful situation?
Standard interview. Spoke about healthcare interest. Calm vibe. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was conversational. Niceties were exchanged. I liked the feel. test test test test test test test

They asked me questions about my resume, common questions about phlebotomy . Mostly wanted to know my schedule availability was open about issues within the workplace already. Walked me through a day with them mentioned I’d be low staffed at times

It was a fast interview, max 30 mins, and pretty simple and average questions,such as tell me about yourself, tell me about a stressful situation, and questions of that nature.
