Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (New York, NY) in May 2017.

Interview

Recruiter in AZ called me several days after an online resume submission. After confirming interest, another recruiter in OH contacted me to set up the actual interview with two different managers in two different locations (Product Innovation Director & Medicare Part D Strategic Process Improvement Advisor). Told me that there would be two two-hour case study interviews. The first interview was half hour of case study and half hour of telling me about the company and job. Because the interviews were back-to-back I was a few minutes late calling into the next interview. He wanted to forego the case study and do a traditional interview. Both interviews went well considering it was done by phone. I had no way of following up with the two managers with a thank you note, so I followed up with the recruiter to let her know that the interviews were conducted, asked her to thank both for their time, and to ask for next steps. A week went by and nothing so I sent an email. Another week went by so I called and left a message and still no word. I called again and finally got one of the recruiters who told me that one of the managers went on PTO and she didn't have his notes. Then, I never heard from them again despite a couple more follow-ups. Three months later another recruiter contacted me asking me to update my profile if I'm still interested in the company. There seems to be a good amount of disorganization not only in HR but even from my conversations with the managers. Seems very unprofessional to invest time in preparing for the interview process only to be met with nonresponse.
