I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Cameron (Houston, TX) in Feb 2013
Interview
The company invited a few candidates for follow up interviews at their headquarters facility in Houston, TX. This was a 3 day process. The first day was an informal dinner with some of their HR staff and their significant others. I believe this was another way for the HR personnel to determine cultural fit and to get to know the candidates a little better. The second day was started with a 30 minute presentation of the company followed by a series of interviews with different members of the project management department. These interviews were also a way to determine how you fit with the company but to also see your interest level. The third day was a tour of the different facilities and to meet other members of the company. Overall, the entire interview process was very informal and laid back but very competitive as only 2 out of 13 candidates were given offers with the company.

Very straightforward interview. The interview team asked general questions about my strengths, weaknesses and previous project work. They also explored my teamwork and conflict resolution experience. Nothing out of the ordinary if you are prepared and have the experience.
