    Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Campaigners (Cleveland, OH) in February 2010.

    Interview

Had one basic phone interview. This was basically a screener interviewer. The second interview was a situation based interview. They asked me about how I handled a particular situation in one of my past jobs. There were two people on the phone so it was a little intimidating. My third and final interview was an in person interview.
