    Interview

Application online > Telephone Interview > Assessment Centre > Feedback. You're also invited to do an online strengths based test which is fairly straightforward. I was also asked to prepare a presentation for the assessment day which was good. Their approach towards interviewing is strengths based and not competency so it's more about what really drives you
