    It was After graduate , it was brief, not technical at all and not relevant. They were looking for young people to join their teams. They were relatively quick to respond.

    I got the interview by posting my resume on the career website of the company, as a fresh graduate. Got an answer only a couple of weeks later, but after that everything went prettey fast. Interview with an HR whom will ask about your background, motivation and also test your level of English/French. A couple of days later, the technical interview is scheduled. Simple technical "chat" with an Architect.

    • Explain your profile and what you've learned. Then easy questions like how does the JVM work, why use Java. Career questions like what kind of job do you want to do.   1 Answer

    Negotiation

    No negotiation for young developers. They use school salary grids obey them all the time. It needs a tremendous effort (a good justification, like going to Harvard, plus a few extra interviews with managers) just to get an extra 1000 euros per year.

    Le process s'est dérouler pour moi de cette façon ( en ordre ) :

    1 - Entretient Téléphonique.
    2- Journée de recrutement : Entretient RH + Test Technique + Test Anglais + Entretient Opé
    3- Deuxième entretient Opé

    Le premier entretient Opé j'ai cru que je l'ai foiré , vu que la personne devant moi me donnait l'impression qu'il n'était pas emballer par ce que je raconte.

    J'ai postulé en envoyant par mail mon CV à un rh via Linkedin.
    Au bout d'une semaine, entretien téléphonique classique par un autre rh : parcours, formation actuelle, motivations, niveau d'anglais(on m'a demandé de m'exprimer). Entretien validé puis participation à une session de recrutement une semaine plus tard. Lors de la session y'a une présentation de Capgemini, de sa structure, des possibilités de carrières, etc. Test technique (Java, Shell, BD, XML) et test d'anglais. J'ai eut de très bonnes notes aux deux test. Puis entretien avec l'opérationnelle : encore parcours et formation, motivations, technologies utilisés, etc. C'était plus qu'une discussion et le manager semblait très intéressé, m'évoquant même une mission qu'il veut initier et à laquelle il pense que je pourrait adhérer. Puis encore entretien rh classique.

    I applied through an employee referral. The process took a week. I interviewed at Capgemini (Suresnes (France)) in January 2017.

    Un entretien téléphonique en amont pour valider les aspirations et le profil. Si ok on est ensuite convié à une session de recrutement sur une demie journée avec d'autres candidats. C'est une situation assez délicate parce qu'il faut sortir du lot et montrer qu'on s'intéresse même pendant la phase de présentation de l'entreprise. Ensuite des entretiens individuels avec un entretien rh + un entretien opérationnel. En plus un QCM d'anglais de 15 mins 30 questions: il faut aller vite.
    A priori ça s'arrête là mais ils m'ont appelé pour un autre entretien 2 jours plu tard avec un consultant SAP pour vérifier la motivation.
