    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Capgemini (New York, NY) in January 2012.

    Interview

I met with 5 VPs. They were normal interviews. All were in person. The VP I would ultimately would work for met with me first and was pleasant and professional. There was nothing unusual about the interview and not systemic approach was used. It appeared to be all judgement based.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at Capgemini (London, England (UK)) in March 2015.

    Interview

4 interviews over 3 months - took too long in reality

Each one was face to face with 2 senior people

Nothing too taxing - mostly a talk about experience and suitability - fairly enjoyable

Focus was more on System Integration rather than newer technology focuses, which is somewhat backward thinking

Interviewers could have given more detail of role
