Applied through a consultancy and got the call within two days. manager was very friendly and he set up a telephonic interview next day.
Called 15 minutes late for telephonic interview.

    About the technical interview, it started of with my resume. The interviewer asked me every question regarding whatever was mentioned in my resume. Then my resume folder was taken for the verification of the achievements that i have mentioned. They even asked me about the subjects that i had. Then I was asked about my project. What I did, how many people were there in the team. Overall a good experience.

    We have to prepare for aptitude as it is the 1st stage of interview. After that essay writing session of 30 min was conducted, they give topics randomly so be prepared for it. R.S. Agrawal is the book useful for any aptitude test

    2nd was the GD round.
    3rd was the interview round.
    the written round contains apti, english and reasoning.
    gd round topics were from current affairs(easy).
    interview round was quite easy i don't no why they rejected me.

    -- Agreed on date and time for phone interview
    -- Telephone interview with 2 managers(Good cop, bad cop scenario)
    --Tephone was not so good so I had to ask the interviews to repeat themselves many many times over(not good)
