The process took a week. I interviewed at CareSource in September 2016.


Filled out online application. Within a few days a talent specialist contacted me and did a short phone interview and then invited me for an in person interview the following week. On the day of my interview it felt like a cattle-call. I showed up and there were also about 20 other people there to interview. We were taken in groups to be dropped off in an interview room. The interview was very uncomfortable. The interviewers just kept talking about production and numbers. It didn't seem as if they were as concerned about taking care of their clients as much as they wanted to make sure I would produce enough claims each month. Based on reading employee reviews and by seeing the number of people interviewing that day, I quickly
decided that I wanted nothing to do with this place.
