Cartus Interview Questions

In person interview was ok. You meet two people and they bring you on right away or they don’t F all. Took me years to get on with Cartus but I liked it it it a lot when I was thhere for five years

Very relaxed with ample opportunity to ask questions regarding future position, job duties and expectations. Usually it is a two step process and also actual client will interview with you, if you're joining a particular team as a consultant

Pretty straight forward. The team was in contact with me the entire time and was very helpful. The timing for the interviews were also scheduled to accommodate my personal schedule.

It was a two panel interview and each asking questions back n forth. Reading it off. Friendly panel. Explained the position very well including a typical day. Was informative and upfront and made me realize it was not a job I wanted to pursue after all.

Very informal and relaxed. Very friendly and accommodating and understanding of personal circumstances. Mostly informal questions with two managers who were friendly. Interview was held in an office with clear glass surround.

I didn’t even get to the initial phone interview as I applied, a couple days later ‘Cora’ their bot texted with just two dates for an interview and I couldn’t make either date. I tried to reschedule to no avail. Cora kept sending the same dates over and over, so I called the number provided to actually speak with someone to reschedule. I was put on hold for quite some time while the person on the phone made some inquiries, but the answer he came back with was that is all that’s available. So I had to unfortunately withdraw my application which was really very disappointing. I really feel they should have offered more interview slots. Perhaps they have a shortage of interviewers, who knows. But it’s most unfortunate. Their loss!

Applied online and was scheduled for the initial interview within a week. The first call took around 30 mins. Never heard back from them because I did not provide my salary expectation.

The interview was taken by 2 people, one was manager and a director. The interview went well for me. I was feeling comfortable and I was able to openup and questions about the company.

Typically, there are multiple interviews. They're all similar in that they are situation based such as "tell me a time this happened" or "what would you do in this situation?" They focus on teamwork, resourcefulness, outside the box thinking, compliance, and time management.

It felt like an interrogation rather than an interview. It was scripted, and I didn't learn anything new from the position except what I already knew from the job description. So many red flags and intrusive questions asking if I was looking for other jobs, had offers, and why I had left my past roles (I guess they were looking to see if you've been fired).
