In the end they should have manufactured the equipment in-house. I assumed to many things in the beginning and talked about how it would be better to bring in outside firms with expertise in equipment design and manufacturing instead of just asking had they evaluated their internal ability to manufacturer versus outside vendors. That would have gotten me into the numbers more quickly, and I could have spent more time analyzing a complicated graph with 2 X-axis that tripped me up.
