Cemvita Interview Questions

SARAH BROWN based in Colorado was the recruiter that interviewed me. She had a passion for what she does and it shows in her attitude and personality. She made me feel comfortable. She was awesome and friendly! I hope she gets a promotion!

The in person interview went great, everyone did a good job of making me feel comfortable and they put effort into letting me know my previous experiences were valued and how they would fit in here. The format was nice, an initial meet and greet at the beginning definitely helped me get comfortable and less nervous. This was followed by two sets of technical interviews with two people each, and a final wrap up talk. Overall, this seems like an awesome place to work with people who truly value Cemvita’s mission. I really enjoy how thorough the process has been. I am currently waiting to see if I receive an offer.

I applied online and after 2 weeks, Cemvita Factory reached back and scheduled a brief Teams video call. I was told I would hear back from them within 2 weeks. Cemvita Factory reached back exactly 2 weeks later and set up an in person interview. I interviewed at Cemvita Factory (Houston, TX) in May 2021. I interviewed with the people I would be working under and they made made me feel comfortable. I toured the labs with one of the supervisors and had a conversation with one of the team members about other questions I had. I was told they were nearly ready to make an offer, but I had to come back for a third and final in person interview after the position I applied for was changed to research assistant. I was asked the same questions, but by a different supervisor.

The questions presented in the interview were very clear and something that can be expected. The employer made me feel comfortable and didnot put me in a position where I didnt know what to say.
