    Application

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at Century 21 (San Diego, CA) in October 2011.

    Interview

The interview was fairly easy. They really are recruiting you and not so much interviewing you. Basically, you have to have your real estate license and be a human to get the job. Easy as pie! I would just recommend studying how a real estate brokerage works and what a transaction coordinator is before the interview.
