role play at the end of the interview that everything is based on. Hired on the spot if you do good.
The interviewer was at least 30 minutes late and you can't wait inside. So I was standing outside in the heat for 30 mins before the interview.

    New center opened and so they had a massive hiring process. I applied online and they called soon after and set up the interview. It was an easy process that was laid back with few, if any, difficult questions

    The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CenturyLink (Des Moines, IA) in September 2010.

    First applied online, then about 10 days later had a short interview followed by a 3-hour test of skill. This included multiple choice questions followed by a somewhat exhausting exercise (but not difficult) using a mock up database. The training period is 10 weeks (rather long).

    Reasons for Declining

    I was offered a better job and was a bit put off by the screening process. The interview itself was fine but I thought the screening process was excessive.
