I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Certify (Portland, ME) in September 2018.

Interview

I was contacted by the recruiter Jeremy about 2 days after I submitted my application by phone. The call was about 30 minutes , he was very informative about the company and easy to speak with. He was very clear as to what the next steps would be & timeframes of when I could except to hear from him again. Within a week I had a phone interview with Jill the Support Manager, she was extremely friendly and asked general questions about my previous experience, she was extremely knowledgeable about the company itself and answered all my questions. Within a week I had an in- person interview with Jill & Steve ( Team Leader) lasting about 20 minutes, both of them were very professional and excellent representatives of the company.
