It was a series of three tests. This was approx 9 years ago, so the details are hazy, but essentially involved my research skills and being able to find correct answers in a short time frame and being able to condense my answer into a short SMS message

    ChaCha presents a series of videos instructing you on how to be a guide. They then have you answer a series of questions AS a guide to test your ability to work as a guide. It is a very simple process - ChaCha is not at all picky about who they employ, because they know they are paying peanuts.
