Phone screening with HR manager first to understand suitability.
Followed by 2 interviews with general manager and market director in person. References were called for confirmation of skills and experience.

Tell me about a time you had to do something different for a campaign that wasn’t received well or wasn’t selling. What did you do to turn it around?

Went through a rigorous seven rounds of interviews (one with someone on maternity leave in which they paid for my transportation to and from the interview in NJ), a retail math exam and the job went to a former intern.
