First you give a 3-5 minute presentation about yourself and then have a one-on-one interview with the manager. I received an email from HR prior to the interview that suggested key points to focus on during the presentation. It was definitely an interesting and unique process, but very enjoyable. The company as a whole was also very transparent which was very helpful for me as the interviewee.
