I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2+ weeks. I interviewed at Chariot Transit.

I applied by sending my resume to someone I knew in the company, so I had a bit of a referral advantage vs just applying online. I was contacted by one of their recruiters for a phone interview that lasted ~30 minutes (just basic customer service screening questions). The recruiter let me know she would be forwarding my info to the Customer Success Manager to set up an in-person interview. I was contacted via email to set up an in-person interview, which I completed the next week. It went really well, and it was super long. I met with 3 people in different areas of the company annd basically answered the same questions but it was fine. I gave the manager my references and got an offer maybe 1.5 weeks later.
