very unprofessional. They will call you for an interview and then leave you hanging with no news. Suddenly, you application status says "withdrawn by applicant" which wasn't true in my case
Mostly personality based question to ensure you’re a good fit. Some positional based questions but primarily you will be questioned based on if you can vibe with the manger and their superior.

I had one interview with the branch manager and it took about 30 minutes and it was a two week process for them to get back and also heard from the recruiter about the job offer.

Interview
Very professional yet warm and welcoming interaction with interviewer. Company culture appeared to be very much a cohesive team effort on all levels. Overall I was comfortable and pleased with the whole process.
