    Interview

I applied online & about a week later I got a call from the manager. We had a brief phone interview & she asked if I could come in later that day. I got there & immediately she came out, greeted me, and we sat so the real interview could begin. She asked basic questions and told me about what to expect being a host there. She made the experience very comfortable & laid back. I was offered the position on the spot.

    Hostess Interview

Anonymous Employee in West Palm Beach, FL
    Accepted Offer
    Negative Experience

    Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cheesecake Factory (West Palm Beach, FL) in October 2015.

    Interview

I first interviewed with the General Manager which was quick and easy and then interviewed with the other General Manager. They had me wait a whole hour sitting along waiting for the other manager. When he came he didn't even ask me traditional interview questions..he didn't write anything down or have anything prepared, basically was picking random odd questions off the top of his head. I got offered the job on the spot, he told me he'd call me the following week... NEVER received a call, so I called twice with no call back. Totally unprofessional.
