Interview

Behavioral type of interview. Technical questions were asked as well. Manager was friendly and gave great information about the position and the company. The company culture and values were stressed. A tour of the facility was given.

  • Questions consisted of the STAR method. How would you handle a co-worker who was difficult to work with? Tell me about a time when you had to make a split second decision and your manager was not around.   Answer Question
