Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A (Atlanta, GA) in September 2017.

Interview

1) Sent in resume
2) Heard back, asked to write essays
3) Over the web recorded interview
4) Interview at HQ in Atlanta
Chick-fil-a was very quick on turnarounds, responding on each step within several days. Very transparent about where in the process I stood. Interview at HQ lasted a little over 2 hours, 3 different interviewers (one HR, two from IT).

    Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A (Atlanta, GA) in November 2015.

    Interview

First I submitted a simple questionnaire. Then Chick-fil-A reviewed my application, sent me a full application and I filled out the numerous questions with about 5 essay questions (it was LONG and detailed, but worth it!). I then received a phone interview which lasted about 30 minutes. Then I was asked to come to the Corporate office for another set of interviews. This took about two and a half hours, with three different interviews. The staff who interviewed me were all very pleasant and enjoyable people that made me feel comfortable.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A.

    Interview

Once you submit your completed application with 5 short answer questions, the recruiter emails you to schedule a phone interview based on your convenience. The phone interview was just a screening to get to know what kind of person you are, but it also assesses your skills and your knowledge on the particular field you are going into.

    Difficult Interview

    Application

The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A (Atlanta, GA) in December 2011.

    Interview

The interview process was quite lengthy, but a great experience. I first became in contact with Chick-fil-A through on campus recruiting, and about 2 weeks later was sent the online application form to fill out (also lengthy). About 2 days after submitting the application a phone interview was scheduled for several days later. The phone interview was great, pretty much all background type questions. The day after the phone interview an on-site interview was scheduled for 2 weeks later. The on-site interview lasted around 7 hours including 1:1 interviews and a test. Obviously EVERYONE was friendly and absolutely a pleasure to meet. I was not offered the job, but would recommend pursuing a job with them any chance you can.
