Assistant Manager

Hello everyone I have worked at Chick-fil-a for almost 5 years. I started when I was in high school. Now I am on my own trying to fully support myself. I am currently working at a restaurant being paid 16 an hour. I have 3 years of management experience and I created a whole training program from scratch at this restaurant but I am still being paid that much and am not getting a title change. Not really sure what to do.

Interview

the interview was a group interview. I would describe it as unpleasant because it did not feel personal enough. Good jobs are a competition but to do an interview with 5 other "Pick Me" types of people felt gross and not inspiring.

Depends on the time of day and how the busy the store is. I had to go two days since one of the hiring managers was busy. It’s pretty simple, they ask you questions about your personality and how you work in a team. No resume required, they had three people interview me
