I applied online. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Restaurants (Lancaster, PA) in Jan 2024
Interview
Within around a week of applying, I was offered an interview via phone call following a series of on-the-spot questions. I was later asked the same questions with a little more detail in person. The queries ranged from what my favorite menu item was, to what my process was for handling disturbed patrons. Ultimately, the interview wrapped up a half hour later, only for me to wait about a week to receive an automated follow up.
