It was very very easy going, just asked me about my work experience and availability and previous work experience and also what the job is like on a daily basis
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Restaurants (San Diego, CA) in Sep 2020
Interview
Basic interview for behavioral questions. Much like many other interviews. This is in person with a hiring manager and does not take longer than 30 minutes. Preparation should include the tell me about yourself questions and why you applied to the job.
During covid, so had a video call with a manager. Just asked simple behavioral questions such as experience with customers, how to handle stressful situations, and how to manage time wisely. Also asked what I did in my free time and why I wanted to work there.
I interviewed at Chick-fil-A Restaurants (Red Oak, TX)
Interview
It was smooth, and fast. They focused on my strengths and how I could be of value to the company. Just be honest, and kind. If you are a hard worker you are usually going to be hired.
