One person interview. Asked questions relevant to the job. Asked about work schedule. Flexibility to work gameday weekends. Scheduled interview through connection at the store. Simple and straightforward overall. Not too stressful on the process.
- Where have you served before?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Snellville, GA
I applied online. I interviewed at Chili's Grill and Bar (Snellville, GA)
I made the interview but I had to reschedule once and when I did the manager wasn't even there so someone else had to interview me. I don't get why I was able to schedule the interview when a manager wasn't there or even the DM. But I will give the benefit of a doubt it was anyone's fault
- What are my hobbies, do I have any experience, availability?

Applied on indeed and within a day or so had scheduled an in person interview with the general manager. I was then told that they do not hire students. The interview questions I was asked prior to them telling me this were very easy.
- What position are you applying for?

“I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19… I wanna be the best mom and best example for her, and I just wish I could, like, be her and do it all differently. Cause I wouldn’t touch anything.”
- Do u have experience with serving

A few easy questions, it’s basically just to make sure you want to work and have basic service industry skills and competency. The managers are all generally fairly laid back and understanding as long as you’re willing to do the job you’ll do fine in the interview.
- Do you have any experience in customer interaction?

It was slow and unprofessional. It was not fast at all. They could have done drastically better during this process. I felt like they were inconvenienced. It really was just slow and annoying
- How do you handle stress?

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Sacramento, CA
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chili's Grill and Bar (Sacramento, CA)
The application was done through there automated online application process. I put my availability M-F only on there. The automated app had me set up an interview next day. Showed up and was greeted nicely and awaited the manager. After pleasantries, I handed her my resume and she began to explain that Chilis is a casual restaurant and very fast paced. She proceeded to tell me servers take 10-12 tables and asked if I could handle that. But then here was the kicker, she said I would have to start as a food runner. The position should of been advertised as a food runner then am I right? She asked if I was ok with that. I said I would be willing to help out in any area needed. I stopped her and interjected that I was only available M-F. She told me that will not work out and thanked me for letting her know before we got to deep into the interview. I clearly put that in my application. SMH.
- Can you handle 10-12 tables

Anonymous Employee in Duluth, GA
I interviewed at Chili's Grill and Bar (Duluth, GA)
The interview process was relatively straightforward, the main focus was to determine whether or not you were a good candidate that would be willing to work for scraps but encouraged to do the jobs everyone slacked on. Promotion was a thing , while being promoted to better positions where you’d make slightly more but you’d still work twice as hard.
- What is your availability? Can you work weekends, holidays?

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Chili's Grill and Bar in Nov 2022
Felt like they had enough and just wanted me there to not seem suspicious. They were talking about others there, and not paying much attention to me. I felt not wanted
- Are you legal to work in the United states

Anonymous Employee
I interviewed at Chili's Grill and Bar
The interview process is simple. You can tell right away if they like you or don't. You talk about how much people average and it ends up running pretty true to what they say.
- Name a time you provided excellent customer service.
