Application

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Cigna (Bloomfield, CT) in January 2016.

Interview

Phone screening process is anywhere from 20 mins to 45 mins long. This the first road block you will have to pass before getting to the next level with the hiring manager. Hiring manager could initially have a phone interview for 30 minutes to an hour long before asking to meet you in person for another interview (face to face). Some interviews with hiring manager are one on one while others could be panel style. Be prepared.
