Uniform and Facility Sales Service Manager.....My initial interview was a phone interview with an HR Manager on a Friday, that interview went well. I was told I would be contacted on Monday. Sure enough I was contacted late Mondat morning to set up a face to face interview on Wednesday. That Wednesday I met two existing Service Managers, these interviews went well, was given a tour of the plant. After those two interviews I was even more excited to work for this company. A week later I was contacted again by HR to set up an interview with the General Manager for the following week. OK so I meet with the General Manager all goes well. Another week goes by and I was contacted by the General Manager to meet with the Regional Service Director on the following Monday. I believed this was the best interview of them all and was told by him that I had one more to go with the Regional VP. Another week goes by and I do not hear anything. I contacted the General Manager only to get get voice mail. Two days later he called me back at 5:30pm to tell me they are going in a different direction. Ok let me summarize 6 weeks and 5 interviews and No Position!!!! I understand they can hire who they want I get that. What I do not get is 5 good interview and by they way told by the GM they liked me or I would not have had that many interviews. Making me wait for 6 weeks that just seems cruel. The sad part is I was so excited to be a part of the Cintas Team. I feel that if the 5th interview did not go as well as I thought it did, they should have let me known without dragging it out for another week. I do believe their hiring process is a little ridicules not to mention 3 of the 5 interviews were behavioral question that are from a computer printout.
