The questions were more of a conversation: "tell us about yourself", "why are you interested", etc. None of the clichéd "Tell us about a time when.." questions that you get from large corporate interviews. I didn't realize until after scheduling the interview that I actually wanted to apply for a different position based off the job title, but the interview didn't seem specific to positions.
