    I applied in October in Moscow. I passed through the telephone interview and video assignment and got an invitation to personal interview. I had a great pleasure during the interview, thy all have been nice and friendly, did their best to make you feel relaxed and easy. Unfortunately, I didn't get an offer, but at least it was a great experience.

    Interview Questions

    • They asked me according to my CV and to my major. They want you to show something concerning your technical background while studying or working. If you have a programming experience, they would probably ask you to write short simple program, if you are a networking engineer they would ask you questions about networking, etc.. So, be attentive while composing your CV, they will check how your words correspond the reality.   2 Answers

    The interview was devided into 4 steps: 1 - call with recruiter, 2 - call with Cisco HR, 3 - appointment in office with the team leader, 4 - second meeting with seniour account manager...and decision :)

    I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks. I interviewed at Cisco Systems (Moscow (Russia)) in May 2014.

    Interview

    first a call from HR, then interview with manager and 2 technical interviews with team mates.
    All of them online via WebEx. In parallel they started a background check, just after the first interview with manager. This check took about a month, some outsourcing company did it, and that company seems to be not good enough to check things in Russia. The process was like - do you have any proof that you indeed graduated from that university? Please mail us a copy of your diploma.

    First interview - phone interview with HR. Where I'm from, Want to relocate or not, Salary expactations (average for this position 5000zl).
    Second interview - two weeks later with two people. A lot of questions about cv. Where did I study, What programming experience, What my plans for future. Technical questions include only CCNA knowledge. RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, ARP, VTP, VLSM, CIDR. Calculate network adress. Describe communication proces between computers. What is frame, packet, segment. Election of DR, Feasible successor.
