    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Citi (Sioux Falls, SD) in November 2009.

    Interview

I was working here as a temp when one of my friends saw the job listing. He knew the manager and talked to him about the job. He suggested that I go talk to the hiring manager, so I did. I then had a formal interview with him and two other people. I then had a second interview with the director. My advice is to make sure you ask questions about their current setup. For me, I should've asked a ton more questions about what their current technology was and what the daily duties would be.

    Interview Questions

    • Why have you changed jobs so many times?   1 Answer

    Negotiation

Yes. Don't accept the first offer. Make sure you go high because that will be the best boost you ever get. Once you're in, it's just cost of living salary increases if that.
